If any of u are stand up comedians, i need tips.?

Question:Hey, how ya'll doin'? i am going to be a stand up comedian soon, and i need tips. how much do i get paid? do u guys have any tips on writing jokes? (etc,) thanks.

I'm not sure how much they get paid, but maybe not a lot at first.
On how to write jokes i find it that the funniest ones are mainly observation of the real world. What happened at your family dinner... Usually stand up comincs make fun of themselfs, i was watching a famous asian comedian and he was making fun of himself ect..
Also audience participation, make jokes about some of them , but not offensive.
A tip i will give you is-- always have energy, i watched 2 minutes of Sarah Silverman who is a famous comic and she had no energy, she was mumbling and it was not entertaining. On the otherhand, Kathy Griffin has energy.she is loud and adjusts herself to the audience reactions. Shes not stiff and she gets of topics, but its still good to listen to.
Also make the ending REALLY POWERFUL so the audience wants MORE!!...
