Cartoons, absolutely. Get a vocal coach and an agent.

Nancy Cartwright, the voice of Bart Simpson, will be interviewed on Fresh Air at 7PM tonight on your local NPR radio station. Her story is interesting. Take a look at her site:

she can play in elmo

get her a voice agent to get her parts with a cartoon company or disney maybe. but a good voice agent would be the best route in the long run to actually work for them. you might have to pay to have them in the beginning; but if she is good, then the agent might work for just commission

Her voice may seem funny to you and others...but I'm sure so did the voice of "Betty Boop" Maybe she can get a job doing voice ins for commercials or cartoons. There is a place for everyone.

try looking in the internet for a very well known with sounds and try to go to castings and let her vocie be heard

cartoons definetly. producers love people who are older and are more responsible but can act younger. in this case it is her voice. see if you can find any open calls without an agent to get discovered and then the more shows she can put on her resume get her an agent. its perfecto!
