For all who want an agent. Heres how.?

Question:Okay this isn't a question. This is information.
For all those teen actors or adult actors who want to get in the business. Stop asking how!? because the answers are all out there!
So heres the information you need! You basically need an agent to do film and TV.

So now get pictures taken. They are called headshots.
Then make a resume. the formats for a resume can be found on the internet.

Find agencies in your area, send them the resume and headshot. This is your little package. Put it in their mailbox or mail it to them. Only send one! maybe after a year send another. But they only want one.

Then find another agency, do the same thing with your package.
The website above, tells you what to put in your package. Make sure there is contact information.

If you don't hear from the agency in about 2 weeks, they're probably not interested. So leave them alone for a while.

but I have a question about this sort of thing-- is it right to send (casting directors) audition tapes? and how do you make these (whats the format? do they usually want sad monologues,...ect..)

About head shots, do they need to be black and white, can you smile, what angle should the face be at,can you take the pictures yourself, and does it have to be on glossy paper?
