they already have all the extras and dancers but i dont know when the talking parts are but zac ashely and vannassa the main parts they have contracts

This is probably already all casted and I doubt there was an open call, you would need an agent to be asked. If there was or is an open call its probably for extras.

Oh and Its called Disney WORLD in Florida (one of the other answerers were wrong)
