Question:I know i have been asking many questions on acting lately, but i just want max. information! SO i have some more, if you would be so kind to answer!...read on..

1)What are the best acting techniques out there? (how do you BECOME the character?)

2)How can you get an agent? What is the process?

3)Where can you get monologues that show off acting abilities, and would castign directors accept monologues you have written?

4)How do you plan on making it? Internet, Luck, Family ect...

5)What character would you like to play?

6)What makes an amazing actor/What makes a bad actor? (Deatail)

7)If you are well educated, would you have more chances of making it, or not (because this industry is mainly about using people and if you are smart they will be scared?//.)

8)HOW DO YOU MAKE AN AUDITION TAPE and are your chances good to getting a role with one?

You become the character by knowing your lines so well that the material takes on a life of its own. You may have a bookstore that specializes in dramatic material and there you could many books filled with monologue material. Otherwise order from Samuel French, which is located in L.A. Casting directors would prefer that you work from already published plays, which is what monologue books are made up of. Overacting is what makes a bad performance, subtlety and nuance a good performance. Being well-educated does help, because it broadens you as a person, enabling you to bring more life knowledge to characterizations. There are a ton of acting techniques out there, and it depends on what type of acting you want to do: representational, method, muscular. I plan on making it when the fullness of my life's experiences can be conveyed in a simple gesture. Some words of wisdom: observe as much good acting as you can, wherever you find it. Play your favorite films over and over to absorb deeper layers of an actor's technique. Observe your own emotional states, and how they come into being. I would like to play any complex, conflicted character who transcends herself, like Emily Watson in Breaking the Waves.

word of advice: one of the most common and annoying things a person who is in a play or any other type of performance can do is not give it their all. What i mean is i've seen people who walk on stage and don't care about the character their trying to portray, what type of emotion is needed at the moment, etc. They have weak gestures and facial expressions, and constantly turn their backs to the audience. DON'T BE THESE PEOPLE. 1st, don't be shy, make everything you do visible and audible, but don't be over-the-top. 2nd, never turn your back to the audience, and avoid a profile position. 3rd, act like you want to be onstage. 4th, do not be one of those people who just HAS to get on Disney Channel (it's not worth it). good luck, and do what you want to do.

You are not ready for an agent. Don't worry about it. It will be years before you are ready to audition for an Agent.
Monologues: Ask the students in your acting class.
