Question:I'm writing a script...and I was wondering if it was ok to use a movie title in your movie...for example:

Sean: What movie is that again?
Eric: I think it was "Rain man"
Sean: You sure, I thought it was "Philadelphia"

Do I have to get permission to use that dialogue in my film? If so, how do I obtain it?

Worry over copyright infringement--Found this-www.jcf.org/faq.php "By the way, quotations of small snippets--usually defined as one or two lines of verse or Sixty words or less of prose--are considered "fair use" and may reproduced without obtaining permission. Even under these circumstances, it is important to check the exact wording of the quotation, and to cite the title of the work as well as the author.) Hope that helps!
