WCCO news, oh please, how do i put my picture in a skit like they did??

Question:ok, it's like elf yourself, but in different backrounds. a while ago they had a thing where someone put all of the teams pictures from the news place in this internet thing, and the bodies were dancing with their pictures as heads. it is so cool, if you even know what i'm talking about, just please help, i need links!
