Position:Home>Theater & Acting> Did munchkins really hang themselves in the wizard of oz?

Question:ok heres my theory thing::

i thought there were two incidents when you could see
this... the first::

when dorothy first starts singing the yellow brick road song with the muchkins... when she is spiraling
around with all the munchkins in back of her,
you see one tying something
it shoots to her singing, shoots back
and u see the dress hanging...
im not sure because some ppl say she was just dancing
but u can clearly see... thats not dancing

the second time in the woods:
it was a turkey. if u look a little earlier
u see the turkeys walking around by the shed
thing...

soo i would say noo

No.

NO, I don't think so

It was a giant bird. if you keep watching the movie you can see it flapping it wings.

no,
it was the shawdow of large bird that exscaped onto the set.
I saw this on Movie Myths.

No. Looking closely, it is clear that it is an emu, crane, or other large bird moving about and spreading its wings.

I hope not....

munchkins dont have necks..they cannot hang themselves.

What you see is a guy sweeping the set in the background of the woods, near the house/shed.

No that's just an urban legand.
