Hey
!!!!!!
its sounds like your're an awesome actor
i think you should just be yourself and obviously you'll do great
im 14 and i have a really big audition coming up for an agency.
i can sing well and my actings good also, but i have been loking for a perfect monologue but have had no success.
im going to sing 'popular' from wicked, and im looking for a broadway monologue. Can you help ME??? it sounds like you would be a good source of information.....

i dont get it....
y do u need artificial motivation if u want to go?
u know wt u want,right?
go get them,tiger!

You're not very clear - why do you need to get motivated? Obviously you've auditioned more than once if you've made it to a new level.

The best thing you can do is be yourself - obviously they were attracted to something about you or you wouldn't be called back.

If you're asked to speak to the producers, think before you do, and show them your personality. If you get nervous, take some deep breaths, they will help. good luck.

Just be yourself and do your best.

I would ask you a question.
If you need to get motivated, why did you audition in the first place?
If you are asking for tips that will help you audition well that's one thing. If on the other hand you are asking someone to motivate you, then I would suggest that you get out now and don't waste anymore of your time.
You shouldn't need to be motivated. You should already be motivated. Man! You have an audition! Isn' that motivating enough?

Just in case I misunderstood you and you really are looking for some tips, have a look at this page link. On it you will find two links at the bottom of the page. One is about how to memorize a monologue. The other one I'm talking about is about 12 mistakes to avoid while performing a monologue at an audition.
