Before you get carried away, make sure you have and do these.

1. Get an agent!

2. Have a photographer take photos of you to make a portfolio

3. Take acting lessons so you can be the best and improve!

4. Learn how to read more, memorize real well, control emotions, and etc.

5. Never give up! Even if you lose or get rejected keep on going! If you stop, there is no way you can become famous

Also, practice acting by doing school plays and what not, it will help you improve more instead of just waiting until you become famous

There's auditions this weekend in the LA area (not sure where)

Get pregnant.

You need some training, experience, a head shot, resume, a full time parent if you are under 18 with transportation, must commute to Los Angeles, must have $2,500 to buy your union card, you are on set 8 hours a day 5 days a week and in set school half the time and you must pay a press agent money to place you magazines. That's about $5,000 a week.

25-50% of your money goes into a trust account until you're 18, once 18 you sign new contracts and now are obligated to work full time for the studio, generally 10-12 hour days 5 days a week for 25-40 weeks out of the year and your contract is often 5 years in duration and you can't work for anyone else during that period.

Then once you become famous you can't become unfamous. They'll take pictures off you through the windows in your house, pictures of you taking out the trash, pictures of you going to the store, pictures of you on vacation and worse, they'll print pictures of you that are unflattering and you can't stop it.

They camp out on the hill above your house 24 hours a day with long lenses and shoot you in your back yard.

They go into the public restrooms with you and sit in the next stall.

You end up with the Brintey syndrome, they won't leave you alone and if they ever do you'll cry because no one is interested in you anymore.

The price of fame is having to employee 5-10 people at $35,000 a year each to surround you and keep the mob away.

That comes out of your pocket, even when you don't make money.

Your hairdresser sells locks of your hair on E bay for $100 each.

You boy friends write kiss and tell books for big $$$ and tell everything about your love life unless you pay them $$$$$ to not.

When you get divorced you loose more than half your income for 5-15 years.

And they print the details of your divorce proceedings on the internet for all to read.

Your housekeeper will write books about you.

Strangers will write books about you.

People will make up things about you and put them into print and so long as they are outragious you can't do anything about it.

All your friends at school will write books about you and tell all.

Your teachers will go on enterainment tonight and tell stories about you.

Well, I work at Disney world in Orlando,Florida. I LOVE working for the company and I feel that it might be beneficial to start there. Try to find out if they are holding auditions for Entertainment where you live. They have many different roles within the parks that might be beneficial and just what you are looking for. Check out the website below!

the truth is you don't.

by the time you would be experienced and trained enough to get cast in something on the DC, all their programming would have changed.

Wanting to be famous on the DC is something a great many young people, mostly girls, think they want. They do not realize that everything on the DC is an illusion and that even for the performers it is not like what it looks like to the viewers. That is the problem, you and they are desireous of something that really does not exist.
