For Acting, I would recommend

Something my friends and I do is get together on a weekly basis (or when we're all available) and do an informal staged reading of a play. It might be a classic work with parts we've always wanted to play or have never played or a new play or genre we're not familiar with. The purpose is to exercise our acting "muscles" sans performance pressure so "failure" is never a hindrance to discovery. Another thing I do, is volunteer for graduate student play workshops at my local university theatre department when I have the time. It allows me to challenge myself with new material and give some valuable feedback to an aspiring playwright.

Find a friend who is into acting as well and you can practice lines with each other. also, don't forget to project your voice and put feeling into it. pretend you are that character and if they're angry, then you get angry as well. If they're sad, put yourself in their shoes and be sad. do the same with all other emotions.

you can always get together with other actors and doing readings.

If you have that much spare time to practice acting, why not do something that really will be valuable and get together with some other actors and find a place where you can present a play to a few friends and work one up?
