Hugh Laurie comes to mind

that guy on the show "House" he plays Dr House. In real life the guy talks in a thick English accent.

Cary Grant was maybe the best. Most Americans would be amazed to find out he was a Brit.

Everyone took my answer! Hugh Laurie has a great american accent. Some others are Kate Winslet, Marina Sirtis ( from Star Trek ), Viven Leigh, Orlando Bloom, Ioan Griffod (SP?)Jane Seymore, and Heath Ledger. On the flip side, Gwyneth Paltrow and Renee Zelwegger both have good british accents
