I don't really think there's a way to major simply in Wardrobe Managing, but if you major in some area of Costuming or Costume Design, you will certainly get the chance to work wardrobe quite often during university productions.

I'm a theatre education major, and many of my friends at school are costume design majors. They've been required to work on every mainstage production here, most always as stitchers, but also as drapers, as heads of wardrobe, as dressers, and in hair and makeup. Majoring in Costuming in your college's theatre department will get you the experience you need to work wardrobe later on, and even move up from there.
