I presume you mean the original Globe, not the newer one on the South Bank. I have linked to the new Globe website, so you can find pictures of the new one which is modeled on the old one. Things to think about may be: Was there electricity? If not, what time of day would the performances be performed? If it got dark, how could they light the stage? What was the theatre made of? What would the floor have been made of? What would happen if it rained? In modern theatres, there are backstage show relay so the actors can hear the show and calls. What could they have done to call the actors to the stage? What about sound effects? How might they have made those (wind, thunder etc) and music? Were there sewing machines? How would the costumes have been made? Were women allowed to perform? Who would have played the women's parts? I hope these questions give you something to think about. In your research, you might find some other things I have not considered.
