Question:i have to write an essay on who is to blame for their deaths. This is what i have so far for the intro, but i need three to four sentences that transition from the basic plot i have already listed, to the major topic of who is to blame.

"What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet." Romeo and Juliet is a play written by William Shakespeare. The play is a tale of two lovers named Romeo and Juilet. At the end, they died due to the love they shared and the hatred both families had for one another.

Pretty short and noninformative. The fault is fate. They are "starcrossed" says the chorus. They are doomed from the begining due to the supernatural (God, if you will) having predestined their course of action. This is the cause of all calamity in tragedies. The main character (Romeo) who the play is about (Juliet is the second character) has a personality flaw which connected with the circumstances of the play dooms him (and several others as was custom in the time of the writing).
