Training is very important. My 12 year old son is signing next week with a talent agency in Houston, TX. He has a very unique and distinct voice. For voice work, you need to work on acting, improvisation, voice over acting, etc. Any theatrical work, acting classes, stuff like that. A resume is very important in the business. That is what casting agents look at. If you don't have one, you need to work on one. Any class or theater work can go on your resume, even if it was a school play or something like that. Your best bet would be to find a talent agency close to you and call them. They are in the business of finding talent. Remember though, getting into acting, even voice acting, is very hard. You need to dedicate a bunch of time to it. My son is in classes two or three times a week. Also, you will get turned down more than you will get accepted. But, if this is something you really want, hit as many classes, learn as much as possible. It is very costly. I am almost to the point of needing to get two jobs, but my son is worth it. So you need to make sure that your family is behind you, because you are going to have to depend on them at one time or another. I hope I was able to help you. Good Luck!!!!

You need to get vocational training in voice acting.

Take acting/theartre class. You need them to be one. You have to see what vocie acting places are near you. I know theres one in Texas, FUNimation.
I'm interested in doing it too.
Im taking the acting classes right now.
Good Luck!!!
