Why don't you look on YouTube.com for previous ads that this company has put out for their product? That way you can see what type of talent they've cast before and the energy that they like. That doesn't mean to copy that performance, but at least it will give you some idea as to what they have done before and what they may be looking for. Be careful because they could also be looking to change things around from what they've done before.

Have you never gone on a commercial audition before? You need to sell this companiy's service or product in 20-30 seconds. So basically you need to speak clearly and enthusiastically (not annoyingly) and make millions of people want to pay attention to the tv when they'd rather go get a snack. Show up early, get your copy and go outside or in the hall somewhere where you won't annoy working people and practice many different inflictions until something feels right, then sign in and go for it.

Also, make sure this is a real audition and not something for a company that wants you to take classes through them. If this is for any company like John Robert Powers or ANY company that is asking for money, lured you in buy approaching you at a mall or other similar place and told you to come to a 'free' audition DON'T bother going. These people tell you the audition is free, but they don't tell you that you will be hit up for a large sum of money right after the audition.
