How can i get into voice acting?

Question:It's always something I have wanted to do ever since i was small. I live in Texas so I think I could try auditioning for funimation. Will anyone even bother auditioning someone without an agent or prior experience? Im sure this gets asked a lot but i really want to be a voice actor or actress i guess.

Go for it! You just need to have a resume documenting your involvement in Theatre (Such as community theatre roles, etc) You must also have a Character Demo Reel tape of your best vocal talents. Actually, most anime voice overs do not have agents. If you are young, you might need a parent's permission to audition if you are called back. But otherwise, I would try it. You are lucky to live in Texas, I've always wanted to audition for Funimation!
