Whats the best method in perfecting a Russian accent?

keep your tongue toward the front of your mouth and listen to the sounds specific to russian. the tongue trick makes it very easy.

get a dialect teacher.

Try picking up a dialect cd from Borders. While it won't be super accurate, it's the best you'll get aside from a dialect coach.
