Position:Home>Theater & Acting> The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams... Amanda's Monologue from scene 6

Question:Does anyone have a video of Amanda's monologue from scene 6 of the play, where she talks to Laura about her youth and jonquils? I've pretty much worked out the characterisation for the scene but would feel far better if I saw someone else's performance to nit-pick at my own one. Please, just let me know if you have a youtube link or own it on DVD and would be willing to send it to me over msn or something, I'd be more than grateful for it, I have an exam in two days.

Don't do it. Don't watch someone elses scene. Have faith in yourself and have the courage to do what you can with the character. If you watch someone else it will either make you feel absolutely terrible, or you could see something that you think is wonderful when it really isn't. Be confident in your own performance.
