Anxiety. Breath like the big inhale exhale gig. Do it everytime you get nervous about the show. Do it right before too.

Visualize your success. Do this over and over in your mind.

Think of a time you felt successful or happy and calm, then go back to this memory before you go on, and during.

shoulders back, smile, stand up straight, confident tone of voice, confident thoughts

you don't have to care about what will go bad. Just think that you can do it and worry about nothing!
Don't look directly at the audience. Look straight and not to the audience.
I know, cos I have the same problem as you

You know what you are capable of, so who cares what others think. Go out with that attitude and you will do fine. If you mess up, smile and keep going.

I used to get nervous when I was in school when I had to stand up and read anything in front of the class eek! I found out that the best thing to do for me at least was to keep a paperclip handy. When you start to feel nervous just focus the nervous energy into the paper clip. I usually ended up with a mangled paperclip in the end but it also really worked! I've also heard about worry stones. All it is, is a small river rock that you can hold in your hand. Its the same principal though. If you get nervous or start to worry you just focus your negative energy to the stone(usually by rubbing it or turning it in your hand) and that allows you to focus on more important things like your singing! Best of luck with your concert you'll be great!

dont think about what can go wrong, think about how good you'll do

Don't worry about it. You think you're gonna mess up but if you just let it out of your head, you'll do just fine. Besides, if it's a choir concert, I'm sure someone can cover you up if you mess up. But I highly doubt you'll mess up.

If you know you got it. Flaunt it. Just stay cool and do some exercises before you go on. If you are religious, then say a quick prayer. Try not to focus on the audience, but on yourself. Never listen to anyone who is trying to put you down. Most of the time, they are just trying to get to you. [learned that from experience] Just have fun, and do what you do best. good luck=]

First of all relax and think only the most positive of things about your ability to act. Yes! It is easier said than done, but you have to start practicing having the utmost of confidence in yourself in everything you do.
