try an over the counter acid reducer or take something that will coat your stomach like pepto bismol or mylanta.
That should help the pain.

Now if performing makes you nervous, you need to adjust your thinking. Start repeating this mantra: acting is playing and playing is fun. It is important that as an entertainer/actor you believe that acting is fun and that you are having fun when you act. If you are not having fun when you act, you are doing it wrong. In this life we are always told to be quiet and act grown up. But when we have a chance to act, we get to be kids again and make noise and have fun. Every opportunity to act, audition, rehearsal or performance should be met eagerly with anticipation of having fun. That's why we do it.

DON'T assume you'll get the main part. If you don't, you'll just feel really let down. Practice calming techniques. Realize that you obviously know what you're doing, and 9 times out of 10, you'll do perfectly.

Breathe. Breathe breathe breathe. Play your audition in your mind, see yourself doing a great job. Then get out of your head and into your body. Breathe and trust that you have experience to do well. Break a leg. If you get the main part. Throw up out of excitement. Then get over yourself and deliver. If you can't hack it, there is always someone else willing to take your place -- even if they aren't as talented.

Just chill and believe you will do fine and you will and prtend everyone isnt there

well as an actress i believe that when you look at your audience don't look at them, just look over their heads and stare at that spot. Also when you're standing up don't lock your knees, make your knees a bit wobbly so the nerves won't get to you. when you lock your knees as in you stand up perfectly straight it's usually not good so loosen up your knees a bit. but when it comes to before curtains open, just breathe and realize that everybody is as nervous as you and stay positive no matter what. trust me everyone gets nervous before the big night, i know i do but once i'm on stage i get a lot calmer
