Drama Costume help : Need full sleeve, high neck, pastel colored blouse?

When I was working on high school plays, we had what was known as a "costumes crew". And a budget for costumes. And people (like me sometimes) who went shopping for fabric and patterns, and who cut and sewed clothing for everyone, even chorus members.

I seriously can't believe that you guys are expected to clothe yourselves for a period musical.

Your best bet is to sew a blouse. You can combine several patterns, i.e. the sleeve from one blouse and the collar from another. Your second best bet is to try to find something at a thrift shop. If it's white, you can dye it.

Macy or sears should have something you are looking for in caree wear. Also if you can so check out the patterns from the turn of the century or civil war area. Good luck

check with your local 2nd hand store, like the Salvation Army or Goodwill. It's inexpensive too.....

go to Wal-Mart or Party City or somthing
