Where can I get a tv agency in Los Angeles, CA?

Question:I am 5'7" and I just arrived to L.A in June from Maryland to start my Acting career; but, since it is not working to well I am starting out as a movie extra, and I am trying to get a commercial as soon as possible; so, the main question is where can I get a commercial agency that will cost me close to nothing to join for life because I already have a agency for my extra work that deals with extras, audience and commercials(Hollywood Extras); I am looking for an agency that deal basically for commercials only.

The Jana Luker Agency in Westwood is a good one. It's a small agency but if you get picked up by them they will send you out for auditions. Look it up they are great. You must send in your photograph 8 x 10 and your resume on the back. Good luck, it's tough. I did it for years, good thing I could type. I'm a teacher now.
