Become a Famous Actress?

Question:I really want to get into acting. I know there is a slim chance, but
i'm positive I have what it takes. I've been in many theater performances, but I want to take it to the TV/Commercial level.

Where do I start? How do I get an agent?

Go to hollywood or New York. Remember if you go through an agency DON'T pay them any money. If they really like you the only play they get is a percentage out of your pay.

Agents are all over try googling it...

Although being in many theatrical performances don't give you the experiance you need for a professional role. You will need to take acting classes.

Maybe even ask a chorus or drama teacher at your school about what to do.

I know you have probably heard these tips a million times and they dont sound appealing but it is what you have to do.

Ask your parents to get you a LA phone book.Call some of the many agents listed and talk with them.Don't forget to chat with them.You really want to make sure their good people.
