In spite of the fact that Tony has a lot of great information on his web site it probably will not help you become an actress. Once you are an actress, it will be more usefull. The only things that will help you are: 1. your parents, you have to have their full support for your careeer and working on it with you; 2. experience, be in all the plays you can; and, 3. training, professional classes. That's it.
