How can I become a tv actor?

By making it small first. Don't know what you mean by a tv actor. Most of tv is short movies. Soaps are taped and shown the same day. There is a difference between trying to be an actor in soaps and in tv series. AT 15 you have to be in all the school speech and drama stuff and plays and get your parents to support the idea, then you need a mentor. find a good agent, a good coach and start acting all you can to build up a resume, start with extra work in your area, and go from there. If they like you doing extra work they will continue to call you. It just depends. Just act all you can and find a good agent
