I want to get on tv. HOW??

Question:i want to get involved in television.
presesnting, being an extra, dancer, model!

how do i go about this?
where would you go if you wanted to get into hollyoaks or the likes?

I think joining an extras agency would be the way forward for you. I would google 'extras agency' or 'supporting artists' or even look in the Yellow pages and see what you find. Watch out for agencies, however, that charge an extortionate amount of money for having you on their books. It can be that even when you join an extras agency, you won't get any work, but it is worth joining a few if you can. It is hard work and it is rather boring, but an excellent 'way in' for stuff to put on your CV.

It tends to be reality shows etc that want participants, but if you're really desparate to get on tv this could be a way in.

If you have a good voice, then perhaps try volunteering for hospital or student radio stations, this can be a way into the media in general. All experience is good experience, even if it seems insignificant.

Find out when the TV show COPS is filming in your area and steal a car or knock over a convenience store. Make sure you act crazy, and if you are a man don't wear a shirt.

See that big thing that you watch programmes on, Stand on it. Then you are ON TV!!!!!

if you want to venture in to this field of entertainment, you should check out what drama schools, entertainers agents and or casting agents are near your area and see if you can contact them and ask about being involved, they may be able to put you in the right direction and fulfil your desire,

search about agencies and jobs about entertainment,
