What should i say to get this agent to be mine?

More than what you say, it's going to be about what you can do.

If you have the address, first learn how to write a good cover letter, have a good professional headshot and your résumé. Then follow up.

You say that you would really like him to represent you because you think that he's the perfect fit for you and state how. He either says yes or no.
