Is being a (chinese kid) actress a bad idea?

Question:Well, im chinese... Im 13... Its so awesome seein those actresses/actors do awesome stunts and crazy scenes in movies, and it would be soo cool to be one of em! You get to say things youve never been able to say and stuff.

But is it a good idea? I mean.. I wouldnt wanna be an actress in a chinese film, omg i would die!! Even II find chinese annoying... But how many young chinese actress/actors do you actually see in hollywood?

There are lots of great asian actresses out there, take korean borrn Sandra Oh, currently in Grey's Anatomy, a well respeted and truly amazing actress on stage and screne, there is nothing holding you back, no matter, size, race, age or disability, there is a niche for everyone, otherwise we would not have theatre or film - it is there to portray real life, and you are real are you not?

Look, speaking as an actress, i know it is hard no matter who you are or where you come from, its your ability that counts, go to drama school and be an actress, i did and it worked...

i bet we see her soon in another movie. she played her role well. ill bet jackie chan uses her in his next movie.

Oh yes you should go for it! I mean, start out taking acting classes in your area and such. But people are always looking for diverse actors/actresses in movies! Go for it! :)

no it is not u should reach for the stars if u want to be one and no one can stop u from being a actor/actress and if u really want this u can u can totally do this there is a place called proscout so u should go there it really really helps and it is way easyier to be a actress/actor then a model becouse im trying to be a model and actress so there is alot of places u can like gonna be so i think u can do it and i bet u will find an agent and they will help u so u can be on T.V my friend is chinese and everyone tells her to be a actress and i think she can do it and she has got a call back with proscout and NOW she is on T.V so i think u can if she can and u should go to those website
