Hey Alycia, First of all you have to get a headshot and resume and have taken acting classes or be really good at acting. Then you send them to an agency and see if an agent likes you, after that get him to book auditions for you for the disney channel or commercials. Or you might want to start by looking for auditions around your area for anything, it doesn`t have to be for the disney channel, because as soon as you get discovered, they see you are real good, you can start looking or asking for disney auditions.
