All restoration comedies and I think there's a list in Wikipedia. For regional or classic auditions you will generally need a Shakespeare and since there are so few comic monologue selections available in Shakespeare, you're better off picking a serious selection from Shakespeare and your classic comic seletion from something else. Sheridan's a good choice. Of course, you'll also need a serious and comic contemporary set.
