Watch some of her movies. She had a very exaggerated 1940's idea of femininity. Sit with your legs crossed, tilt your head back and forth when you speak, look up under your eyelashes a lot, flutter your eyelashes often, give lots of closed-mouth smiles, purse your lips as if you were kissing, and keep your body is almost constant, wriggling motion. Giggle for no apparent reason. Speak in a very high, breathy voice.

The best advice I can give would be to watch some of her movies, like "Some like it hot," or "Diamonds are a girl's best friend," or "Seven Year Itch" (where she stands above the subway & her dress is blown up in the air), & "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes."
Also, she was known for signing "Happy Birthday Mr. President" to John F. Kennedy, whom she allegedly was having an affair with.
She usually played roles where no one took her seriously, except for her looks & voluptuous body.
Hope this helps.

Quotes
By Marilyn Monroe
"I knew I belonged to the public and to the world, not because I was talented or even beautiful, but because I had never belonged to anything or anyone else."

"There was my name up in lights. I said, 'God, somebody's made a mistake.' But there it was, in lights. And I sat there and said, 'Remember, you're not a star.' Yet there it was up in lights."

"I'm going to be a great movie star some day."
