Question:Antigone says to Creon, "I did not think anything which you proclaimed strong enough to let a mortal override the gods and unchanging laws" what does she mean by that?

Well i'm assuming that u know the story about antigone anyway she meant that Creon's command not bury her brother because he was a traitor was not strong enough to stop her from doing so. She thought that the gods' laws were more important to follow than the king's law. I hope this makes sense

She was going to obey the gods law rather than Creon's, i.e., bury her brother even though Creon outlawed it.

she is pretty much stating to king creon (uncle) that she will not listen or obey his unreasonable laws. did you know that the gods do not like him because he is so arrogant? well anyway that is all she is saying, really.
