Unless someone who's familiar with Las Vegas pipes in, it's impossible to recommend places to take classes without knowing their reputation. My advice is to get in touch with someone in the theatre department at UNLV and ask them if they can recommend any local studios or conservatories. Here is their webpage - http://theatre.unlv.edu/

Los Angeles, California would be a better industry for you. Its not hard to break into acting in California.
