News channel called my mom?

Question:I was Adelaide in my school musical and we sold out of tickets both nights. There was someone there from fox 4 news and after my performance they called my mom and said that they thought i was really good and htat thye thought i had the most talent that they saw in my school district for junior high. Do you think that maybe this might mean i might be able toi go farhter in my acting carrer. thats my biggest dream.
