Cant think of the name of a show...?

Question:Hello, Im tryin to remember a show I use to watch all the time but cant seem to remember the name. Nor can I think of any of the actors names or the names of the characters. I do remember some of the story line. I remember there was a teen guy about 16 who dated a girl (I think her name was Madison) and he got her pregnant, but he didnt know. She had wanted to tell him but his father found out first and had paid Madison to leave state and not tell his son he was a father due to fear it would ruin his life and keep him from pursuing his dream of music. So madison left, and later the guy started dating another girl.. .. ok this kid played piano, and wanted to go to college for music at this big fance music college.. i think when he finally did go to college his dad finally told him about Madison and his baby,. but thats all I remember. Also his new girlfriend found out about Madisons baby and it being her bf kids, but she never told her bf about his son either, she had kept the secret to
