but it is so obvious. 1 get your parents to support your goal, 2. be in all the school speech and drama activities and plays, 3. take professional acting lessons, 4. do some quided reading, 5. be in lots more plays and take more lessons, 6 put a resume and headshot together and apply to an agent for representation. But without#1 you can't do anythingl If you have their support, then get them to read my profile with you and then contact me at my aol address where I mentor aspiring actors for free.

Most actors got their start on broadway. They got to broadway by way of Julliard School of Music Academy in New York City. Big bucks. Some started off in choreagraphy I,ve known a few and they said it was a be in the right place at the right time kind of job that you have to sacrifice everything for, with no guarantee that you will ever be famous.

There are many actors who never get their feet off the ground and often times it's not because they aren't good actors, it's because they don't realize that being an actor means that you are the general manager of your own business. The reason that many never make it anywhere is because they don't realize this one, very important fact. While you are learning the craft of acting, you must also educate yourself on business skills.
