Do you think the school will except new comers?!?

Question:Well i am soooo outgoing, and it is time for me to act. I have always wanted to do the play at school, but its always been a musical. I suck at singing. FInally! it isnt a musical and i was so excited when i heard that. My question is how can i practicee and do you think they will except me?

They should, they get them every year. Practice by going to the library and checking out a play, try to get something by Neil Simon, have the librarian help, then find a scene in it between a female character and one other (either sex) then get someone to read it aloud with you, so you get practice reading unfamiliar lines out loud with another person. Be sure to make it fun and play with it and enjoy it, do it with energy and enthusiasm, then do the same at tryouts. Break a leg, shalom, Doc
