Becoming an actress?

Question:Okay, I've been told its "impossible" to become an actress.. But I'm really good at acting, and im alright at singing... Ive been in many plays and musicals... I want to make something of myself and not just sit around day dreaming about how it would be if i did become an actress. This is something i love to do, and i have a passion for it. How can i show myself out there and get noticed? I was thinking maybe i could have a small part in a disney channel show...
please help, and tell me if you know any auditions, or website with auditions for disney.

okay, it is impossible to do it while you are under 18 without your parents' support; Disney chanel idea is worthless, you can't get on their unless you are part of oncameratalent's new reality show--look up the page a bit for who wants to be the next disney channel star? but you are going to have to compete with the very best talent in the USA , gonna be hard, and again you are going to need your folks' help. Websites are mostly scams and of no use to you.

i'm not sure. i'd like to become an actor too and probably a singer. i can sort of play the guitar. and i like to make songs =] i don't know where you can audition. sorry not good at helping.

To start anything
You need a headshot, resume, and an agent.

Be careful. Don't trust some agents. If you have to pay, don't do it! They make money by what you earn. Get a franchized agent to.

First, get into a good acting class and really learn how to act, without acting.
