Practice looking in the mirror. Spend some time with it. Find a monologue, memorize it and then present it to your family and friends. The more time you spend with memorizing it the better and you will ultimatley become more comfortable with expressing yourself in a more direct fashion. You don't need classes to expierement with different expression.
For singing it is more complicated because you need the coaching. Singing cannot just be learned and perfected it is something that needs training. Become familiar with music of all types. My suggestion is to go back and really listen and try to hear the sounds however it is possible for you to sing incorrectly and damage your vocal chords so i think it would be smart for you to consult a vocal teacher.

Try practincing improve with friends and family it helps me! Get acting tips from online and rent acting help videos. Write scrips and reherse them. Get a friend to see if you sound like it's really you saying them and not some little skit. Good Luck.

Although at the end if you want to get far in acting consider taking lessons it helps a lot!

Singing wise join a school thing. If you are old, wasn't said. Then get tips on the internet agian. Have people give you critisism. Good luck in that subject too!

your question indicates that your parents are not supportive of your acting. makes it tough. just keep acting in as many plays as you can, do it is the way you learn acting.

acting - get acting classes where i am it costs ￡45.50 per
term 1hour 30min class :D
singing - get singing classes ￡42 for 13 weeks
(or ￡3.50 weekly)

do the productions at school!
our school has many other oppotunities too such as external productions and public speeking
so ask your drama/english teachers about it!
ask your drama teacher about things you can do... resorce sites, extra work, s/he could ask you to create a different charctor and show them, blah blah

theres soo manythings you can do.... you jsut need to think.
