There really isn't a position called Casting Agent. Their is a Casting Director who is hired by the producer to hire all of the actors for a project. I think what you are trying to find out is about an Acting Agent. It depends on what your daughter wants to do. There are Theatrical Agents (tv, movies) Print Agents (ie.magazines) and Commercial Agents. If your daughter is interested in all aspects, look for an agency that offers all.
It's best that the agent is SAG certified. Get her good head shots and then start submitting them to agencies. You'll find more info on the site below

It's kinda lame if you are so embarassed about your question to say it's you. If you ever want to get into acting you have to be comfortable with yourself and confident. If you think I am being mean then you will not make it in that career because you get worse critisism from people holding auditions. Remember it's only to hlep you. Are you even 13? Remember be yourself!! Are you eight or something? eight year olds say they are older and don't tell the truth. Try seeming like you are older other then saying you are.
