Can you speak to a teacher especially a drama teacher at your school and tell them your problem. They could then approach your mother to try and make her see your passion. If not a teacher then some other adult who could perhaps talk to her.
I am in the position of having a son who is good a motocross and supercross and while it would not be my choice for him for an occupation, I still support his dream. Mind you it is not all a bed or roses as he has been injured a lot and many people cannot understand as a parent why we let him keep riding, but you only have to listen to him talk to see the passion he has for it. And once you see him ride well what can one do!
I would not suggest that you go behind your mothers back but rather try and get her to see your passion and what it means to you.
Perhaps you could barter for the opportunity as my son knows that unless he keeps an A average at school (he is smart so can achieve this) then he cannot ride. He tries really hard at school not because he is interested in it but because if he doesnt, then he doesnt ride. Maybe you could make a contract of what you will do so you can go to these auditions and this will make your mother see the importance of it to you.

Well..
Do you have auditions at school? So you can show her that you CAN act.
Whatever you do, don't get mad at her..
Show them that you were born to act.
Make sure u let her know that it wont mess up your grades or anything
Tell her it would be great experience for you.
Just figure out a plan and just explain your feelings to her [ calmly ]

Keep on practicing and if you have other adult relatives, try to get some of them to help you.

You are going to have to prove it to her by being in some school plays. If other parents compliment her for her talented son, she may come around. Otherwise you are out of luck until you move out on your own.

I have the same problem with my mom, exept with her its that she doesnt want to drive me to practice. But what you should do is see if there are any acting classes you can find, then if you take those she cant say that you cant act.

There will be many people that will try to stop your dream for various reasons. Welcome to the biz.

Overcome.
