a man's maculinity is his pride. but lady macbeth calls him a wimp becuase he doesn't want to kill the king. and yes, he has killed people, but the significance is that he has killed people on the right side, god's side if you will. but by killing duncan, god's representative on earth(Chain of command.God,King) he will be on the wrong side. so its not murder he is afraid of but killing from the wrong side.
