Im so in love with being an actress.
My frennds think Im weird because when we watch a show they are like that show was really good.
I will say things like the acting was horrible and try to do it better.

honey, you can do ANYTHING if you believe you can. That's the policy I live by. I believe I can get on broadway someday, so I'm gonna get on broadway. All that you have to do is believe in yourself.

Anybody can become an actress. That being said, your chances go down the larger the venue and the bigger the role.

Walk on scene at the local theater? No problem.

Lead role in the next summer romance? Probably not.

However, you have to start at the bottom. People getting "discovered" at the mall? A complete myth.

Never give up on dreams if thats what you like adn can visulaize it yer half way there.
I will see you in the movies

You're only 12, so don't try to go professional just yet. Enjoy your childhood; you only get one. If you miss out on it, you just might turn out to be the next Britney Spears LMAO

Seriously, ask your parents if they'll let you audition for some local plays in your community theatre etc.

Does your school have an acting ensemble or drama club? Join it!

Wait - why are you asking people if you only will accept one response? Honestly it depends on how you define "make". I mean the chances of you being on a big screen (in a major part) are probably a billion to one. The chances of being in a minor part- maybe a million to one. The chances of act on stage - probably a million to one. Acting is a tough business - and really someone with no experience probably has an extremely small chance.

little chance of going big time. start by doing community theatre & ordering a local theatre magazine. read the auditions & oppertunities section under Go in ur local newspaper. both will have auditions for u 2 go 2 & the mag will have agents 2 apply 2. no experiance needed.

just follow your dreams.
do as many things in your area as you can

like audition for plays, take and acting class, and just never give up...

for every person out there whos dream died, be the one person whos dream survived.

sorry to break it to you but the truth is its not very likely.... only 1% of asll actresses are famous or even make good money....the other 99% are free lance....they go from audition to audition trying to make it, but usually regardless of their talent, theyre shot down :( and thats not an estimated guess my buisness teacher told me that my freshman year in high school....i wanted to pursue something with dance, but thats as solid as an actor's career....i suggest you concentrate on other goals as well as acting....look at it this way....you can find a good career and try to make it as an actor on the side!

I think you should go find an actors agency or something (unfortunatley i dont know any) and see how good you are. If they reject you dont be disapointed. You are still young and have a long time to work on improving. I learned that the hard way.

Hope this helped.
