It depends in what your acting. If it's for a movie, your acting someone's 'life' so your interactign with your surrounding not the camera. If your acting on a stage, you need to cheat out so the audiance can see you, you need to use up the stage, but you still need to interact with your surroundings. The only way to get better is just don't think that there's a camera there. Also if your going down town or something pretend that every refelectable surface is a camera and avoid lookign at yourself. Just practice practice practice, and ask your friends for help to.

Focus on your partner.

Most of the time you can't really see it. You have thousands of watts of lights hitting you from behind the camera and the camera usually stays out of hte light.

if you're really into the scene and your scene partners, you won't know the camera is there. It's about REALLY connecting with the other person in the scene
