Assuming you have your actors headshot, along with your resume.... your cover letter should be a brief introduction of yourself. Example-Name, Age, location, why you were drawn to their agency, why you would 'fit' like qualities, and what you are looking for, i.e. commercial representation, theater representation and such. Let them no you have attached your resume, and photo, along with contact information. Always thank them in closing, and that would just about cover it. Do not recap your experience as that is in your resume already.

If you are under 18, your parents will have to write the letter since you cannot sign a contract until you are 18.

Calling yourself an actor does not make you an actor. Only acting in a production and/or earning your living by acting makes one an actor.
