Question: Poets, a dream of hope, yesterday and tomorrow, comments and critique!?
INAUGURATION

Lion in Judah
People lift up heads
Mountains and hills sing
Forests and fields flower!.

The strong hold no power
Poor no more trod down
Warfare's night ended
Justice shall prevail!.

Call locusts, hoppers
Eat useless stubble!.
Wrath's pot is out-poured
The almond blossoms!.

Temple stones laid out,
Plumb line to the wall
Lift keystone in place
By right raise the arch!.

Fig tree by the way,
Vines growing sour grapes!.
East, west, north and south
Crowds enter on foot!.

Where are the holy
Who trust in the Law!?
Shamed by the despised
Set at God's right hand!.

Desert road is built
Lion and Lamb sleep
High and low made plain,
Drink from nearby pools!.

We are dream of hope
Righteous desire come
Dig, feed the fig tree,
And prune the sour grapes!.

Tend fire and anvil
Do what's to be done,
Beat from pride new tools
Lion's last battle wonー

We can, we are One!Www@QuestionHome@Com

And why not dream, if only for a while!? We seem to be a world of pessimists when hope offers so much!. I liked the 'biblical' tone that obvious by your title is about the inauguration!. Hopefully the sour grapes in the World get a good pruning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
