I take a rather simple approach to poetry!. i try different styles!. I prefer no specific structure!.
Go lovely rose
Run into the starry night,
and deposit yourself at his doorsteps
Take with you my love that never slumbers
Captivate him with your beauty
Let him know that he holds the key to my heart
Enchant him with your fragrance
Allow your fiery hue to reveal the intensity of my feelings
Let each delicate petal caress his soft lips,
and remind him of my tender touch,
Finally do one more act of love
Cause him no pain with your thorns
For the kiss of love does not hurt and bleed
Instead permit the dew drops from your serrated leaves to heal his wounds
When these acts are accomplished
Return to me in the still night
Bringing with you his thoughts and dreams
Deflect any uncertainty that I may have
Then a s you die implant our qualities in my heart
A heart whose love is innocent
