I went to the Pet Store yesterday,
to look for a brand new pet,
I looked at snakes and lizards,
but they're too slimy and wet!.

I passed on to the kitties,
with cute faces and whiskers long,
I looked at the colorful birds,
But they wouldn't sing a song!.

When I thought I was out of luck,
I checked just one more place,
The stuck my hand into a cage
and I saw a small fuzzy face!.

"A dog!" I thought with a great big smile,
How perfect would this be!
I grabbed the cutest one,
And took it home with me!.

Lolz I just made that up,
